A small fishing village at some time, Manori is situated 40 Kms from Mumbai. There are three beaches named Manori, Marve, and Gorai. Manori is famous for its night parties. People enjoy their picnic near the beaches and in palm gardens. At a small distance from Manori, the amusement parks Esselworld and Waterworld are also situated. Most people enjoy ferry rides in these parks.

Madh Island

Madh Island is a small island near the coast of Juhu. You may reach there from Mumbai by road or through ferry from the two places – Gateway of India and Versova. This place is a peaceful and low-cost getaway and is situated away from the irritating crowd of the city. There are many picnic spots and it is popular in film industry for the purpose of shootings.

KARNALA

Karnala is surrounded by the Western Ghats and is situated approximately 120 kms from Pune and 13 Kms from Panvel. There is a fort, which starts right from the sanctuary at the base the sanctuary is approximately 82 ft high from the sea level. The Mumbai coastline, which is about 30 km far from it, is clearly visible from the top of the fort in sunshine. This place is a natural habitat of several birds and the all the area is grassy green.
